Communications and Text Messages
By booking with us you agree to receive service email about your estimate, appointment, and job confirmations, reminders, and receipts. Marketing email is separate: every marketing message includes a one-click unsubscribe link and our postal address, and unsubscribing never affects your service.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree, Junk Force Central Maryland may text you about your estimate, appointment, and service.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can book by phone or online without agreeing to texts, and we will reach you another way.
- How we get your consent: if you book online, by checking the SMS box on the booking form; if you book by phone, by telling our team yes when we ask. We record the exact wording you agreed to, along with the date and time.
- Message frequency varies typically a booking confirmation, a reminder, and an arrival notice per job.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, share, or disclose your phone number or any SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for any purpose. We share it only with the vendor that delivers the messages for us, and only to send the messages you asked for.
How we handle your information generally is described in our Terms of Service.
